it’s still raining. and windy.
And here we are in the wind and rain:
There was a big huge windy blow today, coming from the ocean, but that didn’t stop us from touring the oceanside. At one point we came across a local television station filming near the beach for the nightly, and they interviewed us standing near the ocean with the wind whipping around us. In this picture above, we are at Fort Clatsop, seeing the winter camp of Lewis and Clark in the winter of 1805-06. The found the ocean by foraging up the Columbia River Gorge. Then they turned around, came home, and were national heroes. Tomorrow we drive up the gorge and stay there a few days.
